
Rules
The Rules of FA Football apply with the following changes:
- Kick-Off is taken from the centre of the playing area and the Opposition must be at least 2 metres away.
- There is no off-side.
- Opposition players should be at least 3 metres away from the ball at corner kick.
- A back pass to the goalkeeper can be picked up by the goalkeeper.
- Once the ball is picked up by the Goal keeper it must be thrown back into play or dropped to the ground and then kicked.
- A dropped ball can be challenged by the opposition in the case of U8s only the ball may be kicked straight from the Goalkeepers hands.
- Goal kicks can be taken from anywhere within the area.
- All free kicks are indirect. A deliberate foul or hand ball may result in a penalty.
- Substitutes may be used at any time with the permission of the referee. Players may re-enter the game.
- Teams will be organised into groups for the first rounds. All teams will play each other in each group, Teams will be awarded 2 points per game and 1 point per game drawn and a league table will be formed. Goal difference followed by number of goals scored will be used to determine the winners and runners-up.
- The winners and runners -up of each group will contest the Semi-Final and the winners and runners-up on points of the Semi-Final will contest the Final.
- Previous results will not be considered in the Semi-Finals.
- The decision of the organisers is final.
- The use of offensive language is strictly forbidden at any matches.
- Shin Pads must be work during games.
